Some of you may have noticed by now. We're having some issues, site wide, with our image servers. Please don't be alarmed if you come across any dead images in your ad units or via the API. The team is working diligently to rectify the issue and it should be resolved shortly.
Please excuse the inconvenience.
If you’re using Shopzilla's API, or you’re using the FTP site to download XML feeds, please note that we have changed the domain for API calls and we’ve also changed the login credentials for the FTP site.
Please contact your support rep for more information.
We will be releasing some back-end fixes for the Publisher Program at 5:00 PM PST today (April 8, 2008). Publishers shouldn't see any negative affects as a result, but please don't be alarmed if you notice any slowness around that time. If there is any downtime at all, it should be very minimal. Hit "Contact Us" if you notice the maintenance is taking longer than you expected. We'll be watching.
Sorry for any inconvenience,
Shopzilla Publisher Program Team
We have received a few notes from Publishers about problems with the "Change Password" function. Currently, when a user changes their password from within the "My Account" tab, the system gets crazy and forgets both passwords (the old one and the new one). However, the "Forgot Password" function works without a hitch.
So here's the workaround we're giving Publisher for the time being. If you'd like to change your password, log out of Shopzilla Publisher and return to the login page. Hit "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your proper email address. This will trigger our system to send you a temporary password via email. When you log in to Shopzilla Publisher with this temp password, you will be prompted to choose a new password. HERE is where you'll enter the new password of your choosing.
We know it's a bit of a pain, but at least we found a simple workaround for now. But never fear, the "Change Password" issue should be resolved soon.
